Our Story:

Talk about a wierd business model.

Like most folks, you're probably asking yourself, what in the heck do books have to do with steaks? 

Well, it all started like this.  We at hiltonbooks love books.  In our view books are like food for the mind and soul.  And like most Americans we also have some pretty strong opinions about who's running our country, medical reform, alternative medicine, and freedom issues. 

After years of trial and error we discovered that what most people really want out of life are the basics, like a good steak.  However, our first love has long been the book business which can can sometimes produce spectacular success.  Unfortunatley,  the majority of the time books are  a hit or miss proposition with lots of costly expenses and long periods of sparse income.  Meat on the other hand is a basic necessity, it's food.  Almost everyone needs it, and often.  So we decided to merge the two into one and now call ourselves Hiltonbooks and steaks. We know full well it's odd and unconventional.
